Who is responsible for photos and email addresses

Photily is a tool used by photo booth operators and event organizers. Photos and email addresses collected during an event belong to the operator running the booth, who is responsible for them towards their guests.

Photos

Photos taken during an event are stored on the iPad running the booth. Photily does not send them to our servers and we have no access to them.

Guest email addresses

When sharing is enabled, a guest can enter their email address to receive their photo. The address is stored on the operator's iPad and used to send the photo. [Specify: how the email is sent, whether the operator can reuse the address, and whether guests must tick a consent box.]

Statistics

Session, print and share counters are computed on the iPad and are not sent to us. Photily contains no advertising or tracking tools.

TestFlight beta

During the beta, Apple may share testers' email addresses, crash reports and feedback sent through TestFlight with us. This information is only used to improve the app.
